Sebastian Michaelis - Realistic Drawing

Hello.
This is my new art of Sebastian, we all know who he is.      
For the ones who doesn't, he's one hell of a butler. 
I saw a regular picture of him and I decided to draw him again in a anime way, but then i said myself "why not make it more realistic" u know, like a real human, tho the eyes are pretty anime type, but I love how it turned out.
